I work with Founder Institute's founders in Africa to clarify their business ideas and achieve product-market fit. Founder Institute is the world's largest pre-seed startup accelerator, having helped launch over 4,500 companies across 200+ cities in 75+ countries since 2009.

I am responsible for building innovative solutions for different clients. I define the overall business & product strategy and roadmap requirements to drive P&L goals for all portfolio companies.

Led all Developer Experience (DX) related activities in the area which include partner management, developers relations, DX GTM, and strategic differentiation projects – received Kudos and recognition award for achieving top apps target 1 month before the deadline.

Co-founder & Director of Operations - Mobile Monday Nigeria
Responsible for driving ecosystem partnerships. Mobile Monday is a global community of mobile industry visionaries, developers and influential fostering cooperation and cross-border business development through virtual and live networking events to share ideas, best practices and trends from global markets.
2009 - 2013
Various roles - Nokia
Launched Nokia Life service (1st in MEA) & achieved over 400K users within 6 months with minimum "Above The Line" marketing, Built services and solutions that improve the lives and livelihoods of people at the bottom of the socio-economic pyramid. My focus was to constantly create services and products that solve pertinent human problems.
2005 - 2007
Product Manager - Globacom
Led the team that launched and managed over 230 Premium Content Services – 3G, SMS, IVR, Voice portals, CRBT, MMS & WAP (including 3G content, Big Brother Nigeria, Play TV, VoiceSMS, Caller Tunes – CRBT - and FIFA 2006 Glo/CAF Award). Reduced customer churn rate from about 30% to less than 5% within 3 months and increased VAS revenue from about $27M to over $54.5M within one year.

Co-founder & Product Lead - E-nnova Media
Implemented a marketing strategy that positioned the company as a leading provider of online web solutions within one year; Launched reliable and low-cost hosting service and became the number 1 hosting company in West Africa with the Nairahost.com brand by 2006.

My Interests
Business And Career
In 2014, I co-founded Nok360 which later became Tivas. In 2016, I was the CEO and Director of Product until February 2019 when the board appointed my co-founder as the new CEO.

My Life Goals
I started a new project some years back. I am really excited about this and it is about tasks I will be completing in my lifetime. These tasks are specific with a result that is clearly defined. This list will be a mish-mash of banal and overly ambitious tasks, but, hey, I have over some years to complete the project. So, you can join me!
Books
Yeah, I do write book also. I have written two books presently – one with a friend and the other one alone – and one is in print now. The one in print focuses on helping serving Youths Corps Members maximize their service year. The title is “Maximising Your Service Year”.
